Invitation to Bid for Supply and delivery of fuels and lubricants
1) The Municipal Local Government of San Isidro, through the 5% MDRR Fund and general fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1, 400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for MDRR and other offices of LGU San Isidro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Local Government of San Isidro through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for procurement of goods for the supply and delivery of fuels and lubricants. Delivery Period is required for 240 calendar days (8 months). Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the procurement.
