1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government of San Isidro, Surigao del Norte Bids and Awards Committee now invites interested supplier to participate in the negotiation for the Supply and Delivery of assorted construction materials for improvement of manpower center to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty One Thousand One Hundred Seventy Pesos (Php261, 170.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract(ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Supply and Delivery of assorted construction materials in accordance with section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
