Invitation to Bid for supply, delivery and installation of brand new sound systems
1) The Municipal Local Government of San Isidro, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for supply, delivery & installation of brand new sound systems. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Local Government of San Isidro through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for procurement of goods and services for supply, delivery & installation of brand new sound systems. Delivery & installation Period is required for 15 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the procurement.
