2. With Negative test result for Avian Influenza and Salmonella veterinarian certifying the following: The source area has no reported cases of Newcastle Disease (ND) during the last 21 days and the chickens
3. With BAI Livestock / Poultry Handlers License
4. With BAI Registered Transport Carier
5. To be replaced within 7 days after delivery in case of:
a. Mortality due to stress
b. Stress- related disease and condition
