The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUTAYA, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand pesos (200, 000.00) being the Total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the supply of 4DR5 Diesel Engine and reparation of existing Sea Ambulance. Bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
