1. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million One Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php5, 165, 600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Soil Ameliorant (By Lot)/IB 2025-060 (GAS).
