PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SEEDS FOR FARMING SUPPORT SERVICES PROGRAM (FSSP)

1. The NIA - Palawan Irrigation Management Office, through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Four Hundred Eighty Pesos (4, 000, 480.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract name Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Seeds for Farming Support Services Program (FSSP) with Contract Number: PALIMO-GOODS-CY2026-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NIA - Palawan Irrigation Management Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years, a contract similar to the Project.
