INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE SUPPLIES
1. The Municipality of Linapacan, through the General Fund (Office Supplies) intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Sixty-two Thousand Three Hundred Four Pesos and 08/100 only (1, 262, 304.08) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OFFICE SUPPLIES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Linapacan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by seven (30) days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
