INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MDRRMO RESCUE BOAT NEEDED FOR SEARCH AND RESCUE OPERATION AND RESPONSE
The Municipality of Linapacan, through the Ordinance No. 2025-005 Fund intends to apply the sum Two Million Pesos Only (P2, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MDRRMO RESCUE BOAT NEEDED FOR SEARCH AND RESCUE OPERATION AND RESPONSE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The Municipality of Linapacan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by sixty (60) days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
