Description : 1. The Department of Information and Communications Technology - Region III, through the Automatic Appropriations - Free Public Internet Access Program Fund, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (₱4, 260, 600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement Of Supply And Delivery Of Low Earth Orbit Satellite Communication (Leosat) Voucher For S&D SUCS Phase 1 with Bid Reference No. BAC-2026-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DICT now invites bids for the Procurement Of Supply And Delivery Of Low Earth Orbit Satellite Communication (Leosat) Voucher For S&D SUCS Phase 1. Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (15) calendar days upon the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
