1. The Municipal Government of Buguey, through its LGU-Buguey - Trust Fund Phase I - Feed Production, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Floating Fish Feed Extruder Machine. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Buguey now invites bids for Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Floating Fish Feed Extruder Machine. Delivery of the Goods and Services required is 30 days. Bidders should have completed, within the last 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
