Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FERTILIZER
1. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas, through the General Appropriations Act of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Two Hundred Seventy One Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php6, 271, 600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Fertilizer/IB No. 2026-054 (GAS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas now invites bids for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Fertilizer with the following specifications:
Urea (46-0-0), 50kg/bag 656 bags
Complete (14-14-14), 50kg/bag 1, 215 bags
Ammonium Sulfate (21-0-0), 50kg/bag 200 bags
Ammonium Phosphate (16-20-0), 50kg/bag 192 bags
Muriate of Potash (0-0-60), 50kg/bag 284 bags
