1. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas, through the General Appropriations Act of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php2, 720, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Fertilizer as Training Inputs for the Conduct of IPM-Centered Techno Demo/IB No. 2026-044 (GAS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas now invites bids for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Fertilizer as Training Inputs for the Conduct of IPM-Centered Techno Demo with the following specifications:
