1. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas, through the General Appropriations Act of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Ninety Eight Thousand Eighty Pesos (Php3, 098, 080.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Farm Chemicals/IB No. 2026-053 (GAS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
