1. The DOH-LABUAN GENERAL HOSPITAL, through the GAA 2024 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS ONLY (PHP 2, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract PROCUREMENT, SUPPLY, AND DELIVERY OF DIESEL FUEL FOR 2 CUMMINS GEN. SET - 2024 with Contract ID no. 24-04-013. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DOH-LABUAN GENERAL HOSPITAL now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Delivery is required with in Three Hundred Sixty-Five (365) Calendar days via ordering agreement. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
