1. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas, through the General Appropriations Act of 2026 (CFIDP - Trust Fund) intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php2, 100, 000.00being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Certified NSIC Approved Cacao Planting Materials (Grafted)/IB No. 2026-056 (GAS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas now invites bids for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Certified NSIC Approved Cacao Planting Materials (Grafted) with the following specifications:
