1. The Department of Information and Communications Technology - Region III, through the Automatic Appropriations - National Government Data Center Fund under SUB-ARO no. 2026-02-0166, intends to apply the sum of SIXTEEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 16, 239, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Backup Generator Set for the Power Redundancy of the DICT Subic Data Center with Bid Reference No. BAC-2026-018. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DICT now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Backup Generator Set for the Power Redundancy of the DICT Subic Data Center. Delivery of the Goods is required within One hundred twenty (120) calendar days upon the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
