INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ASSORTED ITEMS NEEDED FOR THE CONDUCT OF FEEDING PROGRAM TO MALNOURISHED CHILDREN IN THE MUN. OF LINAPACAN
1. The Municipality of Linapacan, through the 5% GAD Fund intends to apply the sum Three Hundred Forty-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-seven Pesos Only (P349, 977.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ASSORTED ITEMS NEEDED FOR THE CONDUCT OF FEEDING PROGRAM TO MALNOURISHED CHILDREN IN THE MUN. OF LINAPACAN Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Linapacan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. ...
