Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 220 HEADS CATTLE UNDER THE NLP-LEED PROJECT
1. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 (continuing appropriations) intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php17, 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of 220 heads Cattle under the NLP-LEED Project/IB No. 2026-057 (GAS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas now invites bids for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of 220 heads Cattle under the NLP-LEED Project with the following specifications:

• At least 18-36 months of age
• Not less than 250 kg bodyweight
