VHC shall be signed by veterinarian and concurred by LGU/DA-RFO6 veterinarian certifying the following: The source area has no reported cases of Newcasle Disease (ND) during the last 21 days and the chickens were vaccinated within the last three (3) months against ND (indicate the dates of vaccination and type of vaccine used).
