1. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 (Continuing) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php2, 550, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of 17 units Weighing Scale/IB No. 2026-035 (GAS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas now invites bids for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of 17 units Weighing Scale with the following specifications:
