The Department of Education-SDO Valenzuela City through Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and its Secretariat intends to procure the Procurement of Supplies/Materials for Division Capacity Building on Data Analysis and Utilization of Literacy and Numeracy Assessment Results 2025 through Shopping under Section 52.1(b) of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
