1. The Pampanga State Agricultural University, through Fund-163, intends to apply the sum of P544, 000.00 being the approved budget for the contract (ABC) for payment as follows:
ITEM NO. - I

NAME OF CONTRACT: Supplies, Materials & Equipment (RET)

APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT: P104, 000.00

ITEM NO. - II

NAME OF CONTRACT: Supplies, Materials & Equipment (RET-Nutraceutical Research Laboratory)

APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT: P440, 0000.00

CONTRACT DURATION: 15 c.d.

LOCATION: PAC Conference Room, Admin. Bldg.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Pampanga State Agricultural University now invites bids for the above items. Delivery of the above items is required as indicated above. Bidders should have completed within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the above projects. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders.
