The City Government of San Fernando, La Union, intends to procure the above-mentioned procurement with the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) stated in this advertisement in accordance with Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement) of 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
