Description : 1) The Department of Education (DepEd), Division of Davao Occidental, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2025 - Continuing Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Six Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Three Pesos and 63/100 (PhP 3, 649, 963.63) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLEMENTARY LEARNING RESOURCES (SLRS) FOR PUBLIC SCHOOL LIBRARIES.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DepEd - Division of Davao Occidental now invites bids for the above-mentioned project through Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
