Supervision of HVAC, automation and electrical work Supervision of construction works, tasks of safety, cleanliness management and moisture management coordinator Duties of the RT(YL) consultant The object of the procurement is the design and construction projects of Turku Monitoimitilat KOy monitoring, coordinator and YL consulting services related to the implementation phase for the period 1 September 2026 (target) - 1 September 2029. The construction projects are new construction projects of school and multi-purpose buildings, the scope of which varies between 8, 000 and 12, 000 brm². Projects are of different types in terms of costs and level of demands. Procurement is divided into three different areas according to the following supervision and consultant types: Part 1: Supervision of HVAC, automation and electrical work Part 2: Supervision of construction works and safety, duties of cleanliness management and moisture management coordinator Part 3: Tasks of the RT(YL) consultant Part consists of supervision of HVAC, automation and electrical works for KOy Turku's Multipurpose Facilities projects. For each of the above-mentioned types of technology, there must be chief supervisor and junior supervisor. Site supervisors of HVAC works follow the task list for site supervision of building technology works presented in Appendix 7 (RT 103172) with regard to HVAC systems.
