Short-term individual institutional rehabilitation for substance, drug and/or functional addictions in accordance with the Social Welfare Act Short-term medical individual institutional rehabilitation for substance, drug and/or functional addictions Families short-term institutional rehabilitation according to the Social Welfare Act The welfare area of Vantaa and Kerava acquires substance abuse services according to the service description from private service providers under conditions specified in more detail in the tender documents. This is the Procurement Act (Act on public procurement and right-of-use agreements 1397/2016) procurement according to Annex E. Procurement is carried out as a dynamic bidding procedure, which means a procedure planned by the Purchaser himself, in accordance with the principles of the Procurement Act, as the object of the procurement for acquiring available services. Rehabilitative institutional care has previously been tendered as a separate procurement (procurement of rehabilitative institutional care VAKEDno-2024-4178), but will now be included as part of the procurement of substance abuse services as described in the request for tender. This is the first (1st) opening of the procurement of substance abuse services.
