Description : 1. The Department of Information and Communications Technology - Region III, through the Automatic Appropriations - Free Public Internet Access Program Fund, intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Four Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Pesos (₱20, 496, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement for the Subscription of Satellite Internet Access for Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas (SINAG) - Region 3 with Bid Reference No. BAC-2026-008 (Rebid). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DICT now invites bids for the Procurement for the Subscription of Satellite Internet Access for Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas (SINAG) - Region 3. Delivery of the Goods is required within Ninety (90) Calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
