1. The Municipality of Malabuyoc, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Pesos only (PhP 247, 820.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Stockpiling of Emergency Supplies for the First Quarter with Advertisement Number 2026-029. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Malabuyoc now invites bids for the Procurement of Stockpiling of Emergency Supplies. Delivery of the Goods is required after Receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
