PROCUREMENT OF STERILIZED MILK FOR SBFP-MILK FEEDING COMPONENT FOR SY 2025-2026
1. The Department of Education (DepED) DIVISION OF SULTAN KUDARAT, through the CY 2024 Government Appropriations Act (GAA), intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Twenty-one Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-five Pesos (P1, 821, 255.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to eligible payments under the contract for Procurement of Sterilized Milk for SBFP-Milk Feeding Component for SY 2025-2026. UNDER REPUBLIC ACT 12116 -FY 2025 GAA. Bids received that exceed the ABC shall be rejected at bid opening.
