Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) All the Tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 (Rectified 2025) and PPR-2025Rules & Regulations.2) The Following documents have to be submitted/uploaded as per standardtender document (e-STD).(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supplyof Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 01 (One) years. i.e. yearscounting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper.(b) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar Goods atleast 01 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years, with a value of at least Tk. 1, 60, 000/-. Years counting backward from the dateof publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The tenderer will submit copy ofcontract deeds along with experience certificate in the Newspaper.(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk. 2, 20, 000/-.Certificate mustbe issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the Newspaper.d) Income Tax clearance certificate and Income Tax Assessment Year shall be2024-2025 financial year with e-TIN certificate.(e) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier.(f) e-BIN (13 Digits) Registration Certificate.(g) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company).(h) Manufacturer authorization letter or contract deed with theimporters/manufacturer (if the bidder is supp...
