Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) A minimum number of 3 years of General experience in the supply of goods and related services(b) A minimum supply and/or production capacity of goods of 12.0 lacs in a single order.(c) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 2 years, with a value of at least Tk. 12.0 lac(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 12.0 lacs(e) Income Tax Assessment Year shall be 2023-2024(d) Manufacturer-s Authorization letter must be submitted as per PPR format (Form PG3 - 6, ) which must be issued directly from the manufacturer to tendered.Manufacturer-s Authorization from the local/ authorized dealer will not be accepted.(e) Acid import & selling and transport license must be provided for Acid import (All of these licenses must be updated and from proper authority as per the current government rules and regulation)(f) License issued by explosive directorate for Import, stored up, supply/Selling of explosive listed chemicals as per government rule.(g) Import Registration Certificate(h) The Tenderer must mention the source of each item with manufacturers name and country of origin.(i) The tenderers must submit original catalogue/brochures of the product....
