The Human Rights Violations Victims- Memorial Commission (HRVVMC), through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure REPRODUCTION OF TEN ESSENTIAL TRUTHS STAMPS - STAMP MAKING SERVICES through Small Value Procurement - Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009 with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 40, 000.00) under the HRVVMC budget.
