The procurement mainly covers special public transport in Oestergoetland with stations in Linkoeping, Atvidaberg, Kinda, Norrkoeping, Finspang Soederkoeping, Valdemarsvik, Motala, Vadstena, Oedeshoeg, Mjoelby, Boxholm and Ydre. The procurement also includes call-controlled public public transport, which e.gThis preliminary announcement is based on REGULATION (EC) No. 1370/2007 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL, on public transport by rail and road and on the repeal of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 1191/69 and (EEC) No. 1107/70, Article 7.2 "Disclosure".
Call-controlled public transport is routed trafik that serves stops in Oestgoetatrafiken's line network according to a pre-established timetable or as unscheduled traffic in the form of Naertrafik where the respective traffic tasks are built up based on the customers' orders. The execution of the traffic is preceded by an order and call procedure and aeis a supplement to the public public transport that runs by bus in Oestergoetland.
The traffic volume for call-controlled public transport in the agreements that are the subject of this procurement amounts to 350, 000 kilometers for the period July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022, which can be distributed among 355 bookingsara vehicles (203 special vehicles, 100 taxis and 52 bus-registered school bus vehicles).
The procurement is planned to be carried out as an open procurement procedure according to the law (2016:1145) on public procurement (LOU).
