Description : The Bustos Water District now invites Quotations from eligible Suppliers for the procurement of Spare Submersible Pumps. The description of an eligible Supplier is contained in the Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
Evaluation will be conducted using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009, otherwise known as the New Government Procurement Act, and is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. Only Quotations from Suppliers who pass the eligibility check will be further evaluated. The Supplier with the lowest calculated bid (LCB) shall advance to the post-qualification stage in order to finally determine his responsiveness to the technical and financial requirements for the contract.
