Description : INVITATION TO BID
The Local Government Unit of Barbaza Antique, through its MOOE, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE PESOS ONLY (P 189, 465.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payment under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF SPARE PARTS FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF LGU VEHICLES OF THE MUNICIPALITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Barbaza Antique now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instruction Bidder). Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act (RA) 9184.
