INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROCUREMENT OF SOUND SYSTEM WITH COMPONENTS AND ACCESSORIES
1) The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the General Fund 2026, intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Seven Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Pesos (P 12, 759, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Sound System with Components and Accessories. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PGNE now invites bids for the above procurement project. Delivery of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
