All particulars relative to Preliminary Examination of Bids, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (Revised IRR). Prospective bidders should have completed a similar contract within the last five (5) years with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criteria in the screening of Technical Proposal as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid.

The Municipal Government of Sariaya assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
The Municipal Government of Sariaya reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
Then Municipal of Sariaya reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
