INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF SOLAR PANEL SYSTEM AT MUNICIPAL HALL
1) The Municipality of Bontoc, through the 70% LDRRM Fund CY, 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Eighty- Nine Thousand Six Hundred Four Pesos and Sixteen Centavos (Php1, 389, 604.16) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Solar Panel System at Municipal Hall. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Bontoc now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required (45) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
