LOWAN MATALOM, LEYTE, through the CAPITAL OUTLAY, intends to apply the sum of SEVENTYTHREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FOUR PESOS AND TEN CENTAVOS (PHP 73, 504.10) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BLGU-LOWAN-ML-G-2026-06-02 PROCUREMENT OF SOLAR LIGHT. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
