LOWAN MATALOM, LEYTE, through the CAPITAL OUTLAY, intends to apply the sum of SEVENTY-THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FOUR PESOS AND TEN CENTAVOS (PHP 73, 504.10) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BLGU-LOWAN-ML-G-2026-04-01 PROCUREMENT OF SOLAR LIGHT. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
