Reference Number: 17 / AC / 02 The purpose of this framework agreement is to define the terms governing subsequent contracts for the supply ofshared mobility solution to optimize travel and associated services for social security organizations

The framework agreement includes subsequent marches. It is a framework agreement with one-off purchase orders within the meaning of Articles 78-i. And 80 of the decree n 2016-360 of the 25 .3.2016 relative to the public markets. It will be declined in order without commitment�on an amount neither minimum nor maximum, in accordance with the provisions of articles 78-ii. And 80 of the decree. The 1 module deals with the management of professional travel (carsharing). These trips can be made:

- by the kiss of the automobile fleet belonging to the body; through the car park mutualises with other types of structures,

- through the personal vehicle of thesalaried. the 2 module deals with the management of personal displacements and aims at home-work journeys. The solution will provide a car-pooling system for commuting to and from the employees' personal vehicles.

A statement concerning the overall turnover and the turnover of the services covered by the contract, realized during the 3 lastavailable exercises (2014 to 2016).
