1. The LGU-Cabanatuan City, through the General Fund FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 4, 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Software Licenses (MS Office, Anti-Virus and Development Tools) (Structural Engineering Software). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU-Cabanatuan City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
