Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) Manufacturer authorization letter shall be submitted.2) Product Test report from BSTI/ BUET/ BCSIR/ Equivalent mentioning major test parameters shall be submitted.3) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 03 (Three) years of experience in the supply of simillar goods and related services.4) The satisfactory completion of specific supply experience of minimum 12 (Twelve) Lakh under maximum 1 (One) contract in the last 3 (three) years.5) The tenderer shall submit brochure and catalog of related items and samples and upload approved brochure and catalog of related items into e-Gp before closing of tender.6) Manufacturer or Product ISO 9001:2015 Certificate shall be submitted.7) Decleration in letterhead pad that, submitted sample parameters (Physical requirements) test will be conducted in the PWTP laboratory before evaluation of e-tender, if the test report does not comply with the required parameters (Physical requirements) then tenderer will be decleared as technically non-responsive.
