The municipality of Sipoo is requesting a quote for voice services, including: - Mobile phone network connections, traffic, Mobile data and mobile exchange - Reachability and mediation services - Reporting - Options related to these The supplier must offer a complete package. Partial offers are not accepted. Alternative offers will not be accepted, unless an alternative has been specifically requested in the request for offers. More detailed information and bid requirements for the entity in question can be found in appendix 1 of the request for bids, where the bids are announced minimum and quality requirements for services. The services are procured for a limited contract period of four (4) years, after which the contract continues indefinitely.
