The comparison of shoe fingerprints at the Zurich Medical Institute (For) is currently a manual process in several steps. This process must now be scanned by comparing automatically, by means of an electronic database of shoe shoes, Digital images of shoes and traces of crime scenes with traces of reference, comparison and crime scenes. The proposed solution must include a reference database managed by the supplier and the software necessary for the automated comparison of traces. The forum must be able to add traces of comparison and crime scene. The comparison of digital images (shoe soles and traces of the crime scene) must be possible on standard custom customers as well as on the mobile devices of police employees on site.
