The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) through the General Appropriations Act of FY 2021 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Eighty Three Thousand Eight Hundred Nineteen Pesos (P1, 583, 819.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Sheet-Fed Network Scanner for OFOV - 2nd Bidding with details as follows:
