Description : 1) The SOUTH UPI MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL, through the GAAB 2026 intends to apply
the sum of NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱
9, 900, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
the contract for PROCUREMENT OF SEWERAGE TREATMENT PLANT (STP). Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The SOUTH UPI MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF
SEWERAGE TREATMENT PLANT (STP) . 4 Completion of the Works is required six
(6) months or one hundred eighty (180) calendar days. Bidders should have
completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a
contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the
Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-
discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New
Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
