1) The Barangay Government of Baraoas, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only Php150, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Seven (7) Units spray with Engine. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Government of Baraoas now invites bids for Procurement of Seven (7) Units spray with Engine. Delivery of the Goods SHALL BE BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE Schedule of Requirements under Section VI. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
