Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE
I. BIDDER: PRODUCTION COMPANY FOR THE VIRTUAL INTERACTIVE TOUR IN
LINE WITH THE ISRAEL GREEN LANES INITIATIVE
II. OBJECTIVES
 To convince our aviation decision makers and tour operators to fly to or bring the people in to the Philippines
 To design a virtual interactive tour to increase product and destination knowledge that would encourage tourist traffic from Israel to the Philippines;
 To establish network linkages with Israeli travel trade, international aviation stakeholders, and Israeli travel market; and
 To encourage the development and selling of tour packages from Israel to the Philippines that would convert potential travel to actual travel
III. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 A Philippine-based Firm Capable of producing a virtual interactive tour;
 Must be PhilGEPS Platinum registered;
 Must have at least 3 years of experience in producing online interactive games/tours of similar nature;
